Fees and payout timing
Buyer fee: 3.5% applied at checkout.
Seller fee: 2% deducted from sale proceeds.
Payouts are held until delivery is confirmed and the 48-hour inspection window expires without an open dispute.
Shipping standards
Direct marketplace shipping: sellers ship directly to buyers after payment.
Sellers must create a label using their ship-from address and provide tracking before marking shipped.
Tracking is mandatory for shipment and claim eligibility.
Approved returns include a return label and strict ship-by deadlines.
Claim and dispute policy
Final sale. Claims can be opened only within 48 hours after marked delivery.
Eligible reasons: wrong item, not as described, damage in transit, not received.
Evidence required: slab front/back + cert close-up. Damage claims also require packaging photos.
Refunds are issued only after approved return delivery and cert verification.
